MYERS Grinders feature an axial cutter that slices solids in residential and light commercial wastewater. Myers VR1 is uses to upgrade residential sewage pumps that may not be able to handle the work.

Shaft Seals

Oil-lubricated single carbon-ceramic faced seal

Impeller

Semi-open impeller does not clog or bind, pump-out vanes force solids away from seal to reduce pressure and seal wear.

Axial Cutter System

Cuts solids and trash in residential and light commercial waste streams without roping or clogging constructed of 440 stainless steel hardened to 57-60Rc

Cutter is replaceable without complete pump disassembly
